Not really a travel related, but actually a relocation question. Is there anyone on here that could give any insight on schools in the area? Looking for personal experiences not what we have found on google. We are looking on the north side of Greenville from Pickens to Greer.

Live here. Overall a great public school system. Private schools range from 5K to 18K / yr. The public school system has some sort of “pick school of choice” deal up up “x” amount of students.
What age are you talking about?

We have a son currently in 1st grade so would be looking at lower elementary, definitely trying to make the choice 1 time and put him in a location that will sustain for that long. Seems like the high school districts of Riverside and Wade Hampton on the northeast, Wren and Powdersville on the west side are what everything points towards. Not opposed to private we are paying it now on the higher end of the $$ in Baton Rouge, but would be nice to not have too.
