So, I whipped up a nice dinner last weekend...

Started with Pattie shells filled with a smoked redfish mousse topped with bowfin caviar and a lemon cream
Next course was hot boudin oysters with bourbon brown butter
The third course was a mock turtle soup using calf short ribs.
The main course was a petit filet with black garlic compound butter and bacon topped gratin dauphinois
We had some nice wines with the main course.
We finished with a bay laurel creme brulee.

you're killin it with this, the italian meal and all your challenge submissions! I would buy you some windex wipes for your camera but HD quality would make me that much more hungry!

I made a fancy meal last weekend too, but it was pasta with Prego and browned hot Jimmy Dean sausage.
Accompanied by some Texas toast and a Diet Dew.
