Because Votes before have always been put up to bring all classes together. so the entire Lhsaa votes but now This proposal is just on the 5a agenda so only 5a schools can vote.

The problem has always been that the majority of 3a and below schools support the split (even class b and c get to vote on football which is silly) So 5a and 4a who have always been slightly against the split always lose. So the many principles believe that this will pass as it was discussed at district meeting and then in 2024 you will see 4a do the same.

Anyone have the language of the proposals that went up vote in these instances? I don't believe any of them were worded the same. I'd like to think that SOME of the changes in voting of some schools was due to the actual proposals.

Some small school fans can’t really fathom that 5A fans really don’t give a frick what they do
