Faulk was a shitty coach with no college coaching experience, who also has made questionable off the field decisions. He never should have been coaching at LSU to begin with

Our RBs were non-existent at the beginning of the year. So as much as Kevin is a hero to LSU that doesn't make him a qualified coach. Net 1400 yards total rushing.

Someone tell me one thing Faulk did in his two years as a position coach to be a no brainer to be retained.

The fact that Kevin Faulk is a program legend, is personally VERY well respected by almost everyone (I've never met anybody who dislikes him) and yet the fanbase is still ok with him being let go is a sign that this program might be returning to health. LSU is not a jobs program for LSU guys, it's a meritocracy where results speak and our new coach has full autonomy. I don't know what kind of coach Faulk is, but I know our running game woes coincided with his tenure. Is that because of him? Probably not, but regardless the new guy whom you hate gets to make that call.
Your comments throughout make it clear you are not a friend of our program. You should approach this board respectfully instead of flaming it with idiotic comments, as we should approach Southern University, if that is where your loyalties lie. Go Jags. I hope you win em all except one. Now take your bad information and bad attitude back to where you came from.

Love Kevin Faulk. He's a great guy and representative for LSU. But sometimes, business is business.
