He was always undoubtedly our best option. With the ball in his hands, he’s our most electric WR after the catch. In space, he’s a problem.

TBob tweeted a good point. Yeah t would be better to not field punts if you can’t help but muff.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned BTJ. Dude has been catching everything.

Clayton catches the ball....leave him there the rest of the year. Fumbles are in Nabors and Bech's head now on punt returns.

The good returners make it look easy, but catching punts is far from easy. It is much easier catching kick offs.

Punt Returner

At this point I wouldn’t be mad with us just trying to work towards all out blocks on every punt and never have a returner back there. Let it either be a touchback or let the kicking team down it with no risk of turning it over.

The ONE good punt return we had this season was against a rent-a-win for a TD that was ultimately called back.

Forget trying to return punts and focus on kickoff coverage and FG/PAT.

It’s a losing mentality, but I’ve given up on an explosive return game and would rather have someone back there who can just catch it cleanly.

Let Kayshon take it.

If not let’s just go punt block every time.
If we came with all 11 we could probably get a few blocks and force a few bad punts

You shouldn’t have to worry about fielding punts at a school like LSU. Its far from easy for you and me but shouldn’t be for LSU football players at this stage. This is high school stuff.

Malik Nabors should be back there receiving punts and kick offs. Agree.
