About the same given that Winter was at LSU for only one season.

So what possessed you to have this thought pop into your head at just after noon on a Monday?

Would Dale Brown have made it to Tex Winter without Art
Tolis, who served as LSU assistant for Coach Dale Brown between 1974 and 1980

I think Tex was on staff for about an hour and a half, so not much difference.

Better question is how would Dale’s record be if Tex had stayed with him through 92-93 season. Dale made the 86 Final Four without him and the 87 Great Eight without him. Can you imagine the offenses from 86—92/93 with Tex ? Put that together with Dale’s matchup zone/ameba/freak defense and he likely wins a couple of NC’s.
