I mean if there's no moisture there's nothing to freeze
This is extremely dry air we will be dealing with, south of north AL/TN there isn't hardly any chance of precipitation and even in that area it's unlikely to amount to much
Places like Kentucky and northwards? They may have some things from what I understand
