I have had 2 echos for 8 years. I’ve probably cut down and cut up dozens of trees. I’ve never had a problem with them. When I started, I replaced the chains, but now I sharpen them myself. It’s easy. If you keep the chain taut and sharp you won’t have any problems. Don’t blame the machine.
