I'm sorry about this situation. I do want to give you a warning though. For a long while, Chicken prohibited gofundme links after a lot of people got scammed here (or could have been scammed). You might want to email the admins about posting it.

Okay to clarify everyone: she and Brandon had their girl in 2015. She and Brandon were together awhile. She and her husband were married on April 10th of 2022. Not sure when they split. I was told all this on the phone while 2 people were talking at the same time the other night. Me and Rooster are closer than me and Brandon and have hung out way more. This is a really good family and I don't want anyone to think ill of Brandon. Please help if you're able and pray he's found safe.

1) He was seeing a married woman.
2) He disappeared, apparently in a hurry.
3) His keys, wallet, and phone were found by his girlfriend.
You might not want to hear it, but girlfriends husband is suspect #1, and girlfriend likely knows if something bad happened to him.

I just pray nothing bad has happened. I hope he got to a buddys house and just didn't want to talk with anyone for awhile. I'm trying to rack my mind for anything that could help or make sense and it's just blank. I'm so damn tired from worrying.

Different person apparently:
MINDEN, La. - A body discovered in a wooded area off Auction Barn Road in Minden has been identified as 26-year-old Daniel Merritt. He was reported missing Tuesday.
Chief Jared McIver said Minden police were notified around noon Sunday of a location where they could find Merritt’s body.
“It is a homicide investigation for sure,” McIver said Monday. “We worked all night long and are still working this morning, along with the Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office and Louisiana State Police Crime Lab investigators.
The crime scene investigators finished up about 6 this morning.”
McIver said an autopsy will be required in order to determine exact cause of death.
“We do have leads, and we are in the process of elimination right now,” said the chief. “We’re moving pretty quickly on it. We are working around the clock until we nab the suspect.”

I really hope they find him alive and well but like most on here have said, you need to get the cops involved.

Can you update us on if the cops are involved and about if any news stations are covering this story? I mentioned to you earlier about taking down the gofundme, but it is still up. A gofundme page for people searching for someone isn't common. People have a right to question the motive there. If you are just driving around and such, you don't need any money.

The gofund me seems grifty. Funeral services while still iffy imo, are understandable. Gofundme for someone in this instance doesn’t pass the smell test.

Yeah, I genuinely hope that the man is found alive and safe, but this whole gofundme thing is strange. Why do you need $5,000 to search for a missing person?

I hope this guy is found but OP's FB indicates he is not employed at present (he has several former places of employment). OP started the GFM.
