Apparently the guy made several trips to the store to rob it and even threatened the employees. Given the threats, a Stockton jury better acquit these gentlemen promptly. Heck, these guys apparently reported this to the police and the police did nothing. Based on that as well, a jury should fail to convict them for anything.
