Hugely. I had Bank of America ask me to mix in a bunch of these in a portfolio of other home improvement type assets and when we looked at the value versus the financed amounts I quickly realized it was a terrible idea and we declined. There’s just nothing to really secure these and you can’t repo shite that’s attached to the house and they don’t get fixture filings usually.
