Wife's car is currently at Bobby's on Pinhook. Same exact scenario. Dropped off yesterday and they've already called this AM with an update. Farm Bureau adjuster said they work with them a lot and are good. If you wait a week (I hope), I can give you a full review.

I second C&R collision, right near north side high. Hit a deer and with how much they were fixing I asked if they would color match my bumper instead of chrome. When I went to pick it up it was chrome and I was a little disappointed and said something along the lines of, damn they did it chrome. The manager looked at his notes, pulled the keys out his pocket and tossed them to a worker and told him to get it done. Picked it up two days later color matched, definitely not something they had to do but I’ll bring any car there from now on.
