Their ENTIRE offensive gameplan is running until Milroe gets a guy open.

This is not a good QB and this offense is nowhere near as good as Mizzou.

They got cute with end arounds and counter runs against Tenn.

But LSU MUST blitz Perkins as well. Mileoe has ZERO pocket awareness and I say that with full confidence. He will not escape Perk.

The offense will score, but we're gonna need to force a couple punts.

That is very true, especially for this game.

Milroe runnin is what worries me. Perk will need to be on him from the jump.

We have the player to neutralize that. We match up very well tbh.

Our DL needs to win up front. This is not the typical Bama OL. Their center is garbage & hopefully Wingo eats his lunch

The problem is we won't come close

We are going to get pushed all game, and we gonna get burnt in secondary all game. Bama has a real defense. Best one we will see all year.

Bama 38
Lsu 20

He’s going to torch us long with our depleted secondary

There is no version of the world where LSU is held to 20.

Also go ahead and find a game where Bama has scored 38 lmao

This is LSU-Bama.

Nicky will do the exact opposite of what he’s been doing all season, just to throw us off

That dude hates LSU. But I look forward to the game.

Have you seen the LSU secondary?

Their QB could potentially be in the Heisman race after this game.

Yeah, our LBs disappear in the middle of the field at times and he is super-fast. The surprising thing is that over the last 3 games, with sacks included, he has -47 rush yards. He hasn't been taking off too much and gets sacked easily considering how fast he is. But that shows that Bama's O-line is nothing like it used to be in the past and he doesn't have real good pocket awareness.

But Matt House will run a base defensive with few stunts or blitzes

We ain’t gonna stop the run.

It’s a road game, our defense is not good, they’re going to score score score.

The question will be can we score score score score.

Don’t make this about defense, this ain’t about defense, other than can we force a turnover

It’s unlikely but if they go on long time consuming drives, which is certainly possible vs our defense, they can limit our possessions. Then if they just get 2-3 stops and force FGs rather than TDs, they can keep our scoring to a minimum.

If they do that they can win 28-20/24.

Again, I don’t think they can really stop our offense, but if they keep the offense on the sideline, well….

In other words, they don’t want and probably can’t win a track meet. But if they take the air out the ball and run power right at the middle of the defense, they won’t need Milroe to throw to win.

All the talk is about our secondary, and they are not good. But the game will be won or lost by our front 7

If Daniels is to be a serious Heisman contender, this is the game he has to be dominant in. By dominant I mean decisive while not taking risks, playing within himself while maximizing that play, and heady in the noise. The defense is going to be stout, and he needs to show up and show out. That’s our path.

And LSU has the #1 scoring offense in the nation with a QB who dominated them last year when he wasn't as good as he is now (nor the players around him either).

Auburn and Mizzou held all the teams they played in check offensively except LSU. I think LSU's offense is better than what you're thinking.

Of course it is. But it’s not Bamas defense that concerns me, it’s ours.

Yes, our D concerns me, but their actual offense has only scored over 30 points against 1 SEC team in Miss. State. They only scored 24 even against Ole Miss whose D is pretty crappy too. They do have talent, Milroe has improved some, and they will put up some points against LSU's D.

I just think Daniels is head and shoulders above any QB they have faced this year and LSU has some serious speed at WR (along with Taylor at TE being a mismatch when a lot of attention is paid to our WRs). And I think LSU's play calling has been really good lately. So as concerned as I am with our D, I think they will be just as concerned with our offense which is operating at an exceptional level.
