I love my walks everyday. Put my music in and go.
This month makes a year that I have slowed my pace to a walk.
Running has always been a part of my identity in a way.
I still tried to get in the occasional run but not like I used to.
I also teach cycle classes 4 days a week. So I don’t really need the extra cardio.
But something about it makes me happy.
Being outside
Fresh air
Not killing myself to keep a certain pace
It therapeutic!!

Just in case you want to add a little more challenge, you can get ruck backpacks and weights off of Amazon for cheap.
