It's not support, most people don't care

Most people's opinion on this likely depends on how they feel about Michigan, honestly

I think it has more to do with their feelings about Ohio State.

People are confusing "stealing signs", which everyone attempts to do, with sending employees to the games of future opponents & video recording their signs to reverse engineer their signs.

To take a line from an old Chappelle bit, "I didn't know I couldn't do that."

I assumed everyone was doing this anyway, before I heard it was against the rules. If you're not trying to do this or some version of it, then what type of program are you running? That's why it's tough for me to be outraged.

An ethical one?

But you know how offenses can stop this? It’s called a huddle. An ear piece for a qb isn’t going to change anything unless you huddle.

People quickly forgot Connor Stallions was caught on the sideline of a different team with recording glasses on. It was confirmed to be him by a prevalent Michigan insider. That story seemed to go away never to be heard about again. Wasn't CMU supposed to be looking in to this rogue coach?

ETA: not to mention MU fired their LB coach because he was found to be covering up some evidence. Why do that if there is no wrong doing?

If they'd acted differently about tattoos and the personal relationships of assistant coaches, maybe. But they were giddy over Tressel and Meyer being forced out over stupid shite, so frick them.

1) Everyone does it, or tries to do it
2) frick that fat rat-faced fig Ryan Day for crying about it
3) And most importantly frick the NCAA

That's funny that you think those exist, or at least any that are good.

Name a game this happened.

Yes it was technically illegal.. but any coach who just rolls with the same signs week after week is an idiot and was destined to lose anyway, you have to expect signs to be stolen on a regular basis.

I don’t get it either. This doesn’t fall into a “most or all power 5 do this” type of category imo. It’s far and away much much more over the line of what should be acceptable or tolerated. If it came out UGAs current run and very real chance to break some extremely impressive records was marred by this I would consider it tainted at least if not outright unacceptable

At the heart of the NCAA issue is prying open the Pandora box of gamblers will to pay for an edge. That's probably why Michigan folded their tent.

I think there’s a difference between supporting them and not displaying fake outrage over something most people just don’t care about.

It took exactly 2 responses before a Swamptard referenced Alabama.
