Looking for a place around Baton Rouge that will clean and fix up my rifle (not ejecting shells).

Bolt. And after shooting, the shell stays in the gun. Not shooting very accurate either

Brass case stuck in the chamber could be several things but most likely you've got an ejector issue .... could be combined with a pitted or crusty chamber and/or some bolt face plaque build-up.
Accuracy suffering could be related.
You need to take it to a competent smithy, have him bore scope it, pull the bolt and inspect springs and extractor(s), check the head spacing, timing, etc. If the rifle is in that bad of shape he'll inspect the crown as well.

What kind of rounds are you shooting, factory, or neck resized hand loads. If they are hand loads were they originally fired through that gun or a different gun?
