Anyone had one of these and want to to share the experience? Mostly what I’m looking for is the recovery needed post procedure.
How long were you laid up for? How quickly did you get back to strenuous exercise?

You shouldnt be laid up for long. You may have a stent post op. If your doctor is old school, he may leave the strings for you to remove it yourself a few days afterwards.

Worse part is if your urethra is narrow and they have to dilate you, that'll be painful.

Never had it done, but I worked in surgery for 13 years so I did my fair share of them.

Not bad at all. Will be sore for a few days, and when you pee out the stones (for me it was about 30 hours after procedure) it will burn like fire. However, you'll be glad you did it.

For reference, my procedure was on a Wed morning. I took it easy that day, but I went to work and then left for Austin Thursday evening. Peed stones out about an hour after we reached Austin
