About what?

All I know is if my test level is 300 as a 30 year old male and I go to a regular physician, they won’t put me on TRT.

If I go to a wellness clinic they will put me on TRT and try to get my levels between 1200-1500

These places are great for managing hormones because your average primary care physician even some urologists have no idea what they are doing. I know this because I see prescriptions for 50-60 year old men 200mg or 100mg injected every 2 weeks

I don't see that you posted a long response anywhere in this thread. In your previous 2 posts, you said:
- studies don't support it [taking Vitamin D], with another sentence about women.
- cheap multivitamins are a waste
- then you got shrill and yelled THIS IS bullshite about someone else's claim.

You haven't provided anything of substance to this conversatiion and provided 0 proof. Why should anyone just believe you?

At least when I made a claim about soil depletion making vegetables less nutritious, I made it a point to link a couple of articles that refer to valid studies. If you want to start fact checking the links and find flaws, be my guest. I'm open minded if you have anything important to add.

As to your claim that you don't know of any peer reviewed studies saying vitamin D supplementation isn't beneficial *if you're deficient*, let's go right to a supposedly preeminent expert, Dr. Fauci:

quote:

If you are deficient in vitamin D, that does have an impact on your susceptibility to infection. So I would not mind recommending, and I do it myself taking vitamin D supplements,” Fauci, 79, said during an Instagram Live on Thursday, when actress Jennifer Garner asked Fauci about immune-boosting supplements.

CNBC - Fauci takes & recommends vitamin D

If you don't believe CNBC, here are alternate sources reporting the same quote:
A congressman's dot gov site
Health dot com article

You may question me, but if you're the sort that needs an expert to tell you what to think, do you dare question Dr. Fauci on the validity of supplementing vitamin D if you're deficient? btw, many people are deficient-- especially in the winter.
