Coders are a dime a dozen. Good coders with the ability to critically think and problem solve will be just fine. Problem is, too many baristas that had no business learning code signed up for bootcamps and are now useless.

People that can write code are useless. People that can write code, design solutions, and understand issues are good to go.

I work with a shite ton of offshore developers, they require you to tell them exactly what to do all day. It's actually more efficient for me to just ignore them and do it myself.

Yeah, coding bootcamps are dead. The job placement rates are horrendous now.
