To be an elite offense you need an elite WR in every class and then another top 20 WR in every class. Then you can add a project guy along with them. Maybe find some intangible that some WR brings to the room. Just because we got Coleman and Thompson don’t mean shite. Of course it’s a good start but so was Davis and NCM in their class. Davis was great but got bounced off the team, NCM never fully got his explosiveness back after his high school injury.

Bottom line if you want to compete with the big dogs you better be willing to pay for top QBs, top WRs, top OTs, top DL, top edge rushers and top corners every year.

Safety, linebacker, running back, and interior OL grabs some really good players but you don’t have to break the bank on those since there are plenty to choose from very very few make huge differences across an entire season and if they do it’s mainly because what someone beside them or in front of them does to free them up

I agree with everything you said but Coleman is in a different stratosphere than anyone we’ve gotten before. Then you have Perry, Bryce and Malcom Simmons.

We have to keep it going but if those guys play to their potential, that should turn massive heads with WR recruits
