Doesn't matter if it was just one that pulled the trigger, if they were all together during the time of the incident then they are all going to be charged.

It’s wild to me that there are so many people (on social media) that claim Trey AND his brother are totally innocent. Maybe it’s just people not wanting to believe that they are both in a situation like this.
If the “story” is accurate - that there was an altercation earlier that night that involved Holly’s sister & then the shooting happened, then it’s very hard to believe both of them are innocent here. They’ve been identified as suspects & there’s obviously a motive there.
I guess the main question is, who is Jordan Jones?

As some have said, his attorneys obviously reviewed this statement before he posted it.
I think it’s important to note that he said he was “at home”, not “in his home”. That could simply mean he was in Farmerville or at the Union Villa apartments. If they live in Apt #522, then that statement doesn’t mean he was “in Apt #522”.

It was a week before any warrants were issued. I’d say they probably did a lot of interviews of witnesses and investigating knowing the national attention this would get.
I wouldn’t expect Holly to make a statement confessing his guilt.
Best case scenario is that in the end they find out the witnesses are lying or were confused about who did what

Not sure if it means they were in a vehicle or if they were just in the street when it happened. This is what the initial report said & Georgia St is the main road in the apartment complex. Safe to say the shooting took place outside & not in any of the apartments

I find this confusing. He says he wasn't involved "AT ALL". Then, he seems to say he was where it took place. I'm wondering if that sentence was supposed to be "I was at home which is not where the incident took place.
