I'd be embarrassed blindly shooting into a damn human occupied Hyundai & even admitting that it's my car. The gross materialism of Americans on full display here. What if the thief actually picked up his 3 naive friends( it happens) after lying about his "new car" ? A busted arse Hyundai . Not much sympathy for this knucklehead ex felon.

Someone got Google AI answer on this case I see. Good programming

Are these scholars more of those undisciplined “young men” you were talking about in the Cam Newton thread.

He is a convicted felon. He probably had to bust his arse to have the Hyundai because the job market isn’t exactly good for them. Sure he lives with consequences but if he hasn’t been in trouble since then, maybe he is just working his arse off for things like basic transportation that you obviously take for granted.

You never fail to have some fricked up terrible take on any subject posted here.

Non-violent felons shouldn't have any rights taken away after they've served their time. They shouldn't have to check the box on job applications either.

Disagree.

Financial criminals should still have to check boxes on applications.

They need to pick better friends that won't put them in those situations. No fault at all for the one's trying to STEAL a car huh?

This is going to be one of those wild times where race baiters are going to take the side of the thieves, even though they’re both the same race.

I’m not likely to kill anybody for stealing from me (and if you notice, all the shots were in the leg) but if your thievery threatens somebody’s livelihood (a car) then it’s fairly justified.

I don’t want anybody dead ever, even thieves, but it should always be assumed that your life is forfeit if you’re going to engage in that behavior.

I don't know what the law is in Tennessee, but in Louisiana, you can't shoot someone over property.

One of those “I ain’t saying it’s right, but I understand “ situations and maybe he’ll get a friendly jury

Let me guess. Stellar, upstanding 17 year old “teens” without a blemish on their records.

Nothing says that you care so deeply about your property and desperately want to retrieve it like opening fire on it.

Nothing says that you care deeply about the safety and good of society like firing off multiple rounds in the middle of a busy intersection filled with innocent people trying to drive home... over a car.

This guy is a a tpos just like the kids who stole his car, and he clearly only wanted to kill someone. frick that. Lock him up forever too.
