Assuming things stay the same between LIV/PGA/PIF, then I could see majors moving to a system of top 10-12 LIV guys (not already exempt) getting invites.
If the top 10 are all exempt, they aren’t going to get 20 guys

Why not? The PGA Tour has essentially locked up 50+ spots in every major with their signature events.
There were 20+ LIV golfers playing in all majors the last two years.
In 2022, there were 30+ LIV golfers in 3 out of 4 majors. 25 at Masters
