Well you’re obviously not obese so you probably just need to do a recomp. That’s definitely not eating under 1K calories. Do you lift weights? You could probably get away with eating at maintenance calories, start a solid weight training program and get at least 160 grams of protein a day. You’ll gain muscle and lose some pudge at the same time if you’re a beginner.
