Its going to be different for everyone. For example I see no difference from using 80 or 100 mg than 60 mg. Research shows there are benefits to high dosed melatonin. No, I don't think it reduces fat around the waist like that one 'study' claimed I think there are other benefits similar to how there are benefits to using creatine. It works.

I’ve never gone above 15 mg. 60 feels like a lot. But I also have to cut my 10 mg edible gummies in half. So, maybe I’m a lightweight.

I typically take 24mg almost daily on a work day.
