Where do you get the information that Okani is an elite defender? He is good at blocking shots, but he doesn’t seem to be quick enough to stay in front of guards. From what I’ve seen, he’s not a take. I’d much rather get Mwani to return.

His DPBR is 1.64 higher than anyone on the team last year outside of Jordan Wright. He averages 1.5 steals, 2 blocks, and almost 7 rebounds a game. He is agile, and long enough to swallow players up in the corner creating errant passes into turnovers. Elite may have been an exaggeration on my part but I think we could definitely use him, and could see him being able to defend most 2-4 effectively.
I loved Mwani ,and it breaks my heart to say this, but if he couldn't give us good minutes this year, I don't know why we'd expect him to give good minutes next year.
