I feel like I could run through a brick wall after a cold shower.
I take a 10 day trip to hunt up north every year. We tent camp so no shower facilities. Every other day I jump in the lake (50 degree water) to clean off a bit. It's miserable but I feel great afterwards. Just want to run and pick heavy shite up.
