Not sure why we are still celebrating a gun felony charge for our player

If by chance, accidents do happen,

It'll be plead down to a misdemeanor with two or three years of probation and it's a whole lot better than what we feared when news first broke.

It'll end up as a much smaller charge before all is said and done. Kelly will probably make him work before rejoining the roster, but ultimately he'll be back by the USC game, hopefully with better judgement.

Probably because the odds of that getting pled down to a misdemeanor are a bit higher than an attempted murder charge. Not saying that will happen but it is a bit more likely, I think.
I will say this and it will probably be unpopular. I do not know what went down, but if the allegations are true I hope he faces consequences as I would if it were some nameless person rather than an LSU football player. I also hope that he is innocent, will be found innocent legally (or charges dropped), and it is found that it was either mistaken identity or "witnesses" with malicious intent.
