It seems like those guidelines violate California law if she was in fact dismissed due to her Tweet which Disney admits to doing.

Then there's the double standard regarding Pascal's despicable statements.

I think she has a good case for discrimination. And she's not going to settle. I saw her say that on PBD's podcast. She wants discovery. Which should tell everyone a lot.

Saw two entertainment industry lawyers discussing it. They agreed that in 48 states no. But Cali and NY passed laws to protect radical lefties that will unintentionally make this interesting and should at least go to trial.
