Comedy and tragedy. You need both. I get what you're saying, but the pig issue was a small slice of an episode or two, compared to the goats, the dam repair, the mushroom "police", the council, Kaleb meeting the PM, oh, and Clarkson. I'm watching S3E7 now, things turn around from depressing pig issues. Hell, the first? season was 1/2 just rain.

Agreed.

I will say for me the "I am Jeremy Clarkson and I am a fricking idiot" schtick is growing really thin. In TG and GT it was at least balanced by Hamster and CPT. Slow suffering their share of mocking but CF is all Jeremy all the time. The more it happens and the longer it goes it becomes harder and harder to maintain my forced delusion required to not be fully confronted with the fact he can't be that stupid which destroys the humor. The berry picker vs hedge row finally broke me and the fact Kaleb just went merrily along with the idiocy was the blackberry on top of the sundae.

Yeah, the berry picker situation required a bit too much suspension of disbelief.

It can still be interesting, but the dumb bits are just a bit too dumb. After five years on the farm one would pick up a few things, not get worse.

I’m late to this show and it’s great.

Hated seeing the piglets get squished. The goats are completely hilarious a$$holes. Lisa and her abilities on the farm are pretty impressive for an attractive lady. I have enjoyed the series.

I had noticed this on amazon and did not even think about watching as I thought this would be a gardening type show.

Thanks to this thread I started watching and have just started season 2.
Kaleb and Gerald add so much to this "documentary."

Jeremy gets an idea and doesn"t worry about the details, just goes for it.

It is really good and enjoyable and I hope Kaleb gets to drive to London again.
