Here to add, OU is only one of the most storied programs in college football because they cheated in recruiting for decades, especially during the 70s and 80s. Once the fields started leveling out, they began to regress. There is little talent in Oklahoma high schools. Trust me, I live here.

Everyone (almost everyone, I guess) knows OU has made a living recruiting Texas. OU is as close to Dallas as UT is.
