They have to admit that they're part of the problem. Success starts from the top. Gayle needs to demand better and not be afraid to open her checkbook.

Gayle doesn't give a shite if they win or lose. She's a 77 year old billionaire who never cared about sports and married into the family. The Pelicans are a line item to her.
