this... and I say that as member of my neighborhood's HOA and architectural committee

that being said, we are all pretty cool, and really don't want to have to enforce anything.... only thing we ask is that if you do want to make changes, pass it by us first, and 9 out of 10 we will approve whatever it is, as long as you ain't painting your shutters lime green or some shite...
