Griff said we HAVE to get better and you will see a real sense of urgency in that department.

Sounds like the practice facility will have a big transformation this offseason

This will not be a summer of complacency

When asked about the big 3 losing their minutes he talks about how with 2 they win minutes, with 3 they lose them. They will address ancillary pieces, but they have to be open to certain things (alluding to having to be open to trade?)

Says they have pieces to grow and also draft assets to dangle to get better

Doesn’t sound like he’s even debating on trading Ingram (FUUUUCCCCKKKK)

If we make changes changes will be made with other high character guys

He said he thinks you have to have multiple star quality players to win, but they have to fit, and we have to find the right fit with that.

Reserved for willie

Doesn’t sound like he thinks lineups were a problem. Again, we’re fricked

Willie is basically saying a whole lot of nothing, pretty much just saying he’s proud of this group

Willie staying isn’t surprising and I’m okay with it if we do a small rebuild

They are doing a drastic revamp of the cafeteria because the Saints players rated it last in the league. They share the cafeteria I believe.

The "we're good with 2 of the 3 on the floor" + the GUSHING Zion comments tells me he's at least thinking about moving BI. CJ and Zion were pretty good on the floor together (and CJ shoots a hell of a lot better with Zion on the floor). This is encouraging, I hope there's follow through.

Fits the Benson organization well. He acts just like a used car salesman. Tells you want you want to hear but when the rubber meets the road he raw dogs you.

Or it could mean, open to different roles, like CJ to the bench.

Do yall expect Griff to come out and say that the team is capped and changes absolutely have to be made? Anyone really think he's going to trash BI? You think Griff's going to say he's looking to make trades and thus back himself into a corner when negotiating with other teams? People are making political talk sound like a bad thing when it's exactly what he needs to do when there is a scenario that other teams outbid your moves and you end up disappointingly running it back.
