Pels don't need an all-star point or post player, just players that fit the scheme better. You want to keep your own picks but everything else should be on the table (Lakers, Bucks picks; salary match of non-core players). Ideally for a Connelly/Gafford type combination. An ideal offseason for me would be:
1. Resign BI and TM3 for a little less than max (40/25)
2. Get CJ's buy-in with a narrower role
3. TM3/Dyson add 10lbs and become your 4s
4. Resign Val at Nance's salary or let Val walk
5. Consolidate the remaining salaries for S&T / FA bid for a solid primary ballhandler (DLo) and athletic big (Isaac)
