Several of the former USSR have actual arrest warrants for BOTH Soros and have sanctions in place essentially banning their presence.(Hungary and Poland come to mind).
As far as efficiency goes George was raised by the Nazi Regime who were known for their detail and efficiency.
Nobody goes after him directly due to power and influence that his wealth brings. The Soros’ are like a rogue private CIA mainly using money to destabilize the world.
