the dropoff when Cannizaro left was notable
I tend to blame PM more then Cain as PM was delegating pretty much the whole operation
Cain was stretched thin as he had to do all the recruiting on top of his coaching responsibilities while Dunn had the pitching
They also had one less coach in those days
