Cool, but this is about passing/assists, not scoring. The league average in assists per game has gone up by 1-1.5 in that time.

I think Kevin Love should get a mention purely because he does full court passes better than anyone I've seen.
But I think Jokic definitely has an argument for top 3 all-time with
I think Jason Williams had some great highlight reel passes, but I struggle to list him with the best because he threw a lot of dumb passes too.
I think Magic, LeBron, Stockton, Jokic, and Chris Paul are my top 5. With Nash, Big O, and Kidd right behind them.
