What’s the average household income in St George? I doubt it’s much higher than $120k. Not exactly the super elite.

The average is probably a good bit higher and is thrown off by some big $ in Old Jefferson, CCLA, UClub, and some of those neighborhoods down Hoo Shoo Too.
