Like any other shithole country not under a US trade embargo. The US embargo impacts only US businesses, not businesses in any other country. That means Cuba can (and does) trade with many other countries so either there's something magical about US goods that no other country in the world can duplicate or the problem is that Cuba's communist government framework is an abject failure. (hint: it's the latter).

Wow...... There's so much wrong here. This premise might hold true if the US dollar wasn't the world's reserve currency and there's this:
30% of the world's wealth is less than 60 miles away from your island and is basically inaccessible. There's no reason we should have an embargo on Cuba. None.
