Any idea how the personal injury process works? Was just rear ended and I’m furious

Long story short me this little brat sorority girl driving and Audi was driving like a dumbass, swerving, driving slow as frick.. so I steam past Her and guess what.. looking down at her phone texting or scrolling Facebook. I speed past her but she ends up rear ending me at the next light..

I instantly felt this stabbing jolt start at my neck then to down my right arm and now I can barely keep from hunching over. I’m going to have to teach this grown women a lesson but hit her daddy in the pockets book..

Does anyone have any experience with these type of attorneys? I know Gordon and such are famous but im worried about a big firm screwing me. Any smaller firms I should look into?
