Its a massive boom for the south. The Sunbelt was already growing due to having less taxes & regulations to deal with, plus the weather is substantially better. Kids up north are already flocking to Southern Schools over the way they handled COVID, now they see northern schools coddling terrorist sympathizers but cracking down on fraternities. Kids see the way northern schools are freak shows and southern schools are having fun.
