A spray rig like that can break the surface of the skin and inject paint into your body. That’s why the gun has that little duckbill on the front. Almost always fatal, even latex paint.

No. I have several of them and the dude was spraying with a wide fan to cover an area quickly. He wasn't breaking anyone's skin that far out with that tip.

I hope you are being sarcastic. The duckbill is to protect the tip. That's its whole function. A 0° tip in a pressure washer is needed to break skin and no one paints with a 0° pressure washer tip. An airless sprayer can get to 2000 to 3000 PSI but no one sprays that high unless they want a shitty finish and by the time it hits the tip and fans out it is not the same as 3000 PSI coming from a pressure washer.
