No. Use the TDEE calculators.
Best way is to take measurements like bodyweight and adjust over time.

Ok I looked at the tdee calculator and that seems more reasonable. It put my maintenance at almost 1000 calories less than the standard x15 method. And good news is even with the new lower maintenance number I’ve been well under that for the last several weeks. Next question do y’all think you can go too far under maintenance level? I’ve been pretty far under maintenance last couple weeks (more than 500 calories). Is there a point where it becomes counterproductive to losing weight?
