I'm sure the judge will do anything and everything to protect the prosecutions case, but is/will the defense be able to press Cohen on his prior statements/conviction to discredit him?

Guilty of perjury
Flip flop statements over the years on video
His twitter post of trump behind bars

All seems fair game, but is it allowed under law?

Yes.
But this court is not bound by law.

This is a banana republic judgewhose daughter has taken in millions in Dem contributions over the trial

Should just open a bookie telephone number so bets can be placed for guilty.

Has the prosecution proved bookkeeping fraud to steal an election yet?

I've been following this case and reading witness testimony and IDK what fraud as been committed yet. I know the prosecution probably as the lowest threshold in the US judicial history to prove bookkeeping fraud due to the jury make-up but I'm really having a difficult time finding the crime based on the testimony up to this point.

Maybe the prosecution is sandbagging and has a bombshell to drop. Something like Trump signed a check with a number 2 pencil instead of permanent ink.
