Have one right now. My doctor said as long as I’m not in pain and it doesn’t get bigger/uncomfortable no surgery yet.
Noticed mine when I lost weight and scratched my belly button one day.

I have one and it’s only aesthetically bothersome. Really want to fix it, wife doesn’t want me to have unnecessary surgery.
