Poatan and Izzy both had extensive professional kickboxing careers and were some of the best to ever do it. Prochaska had like 20+ mma fights, was a champ in another organization, and had fought quite a few high level fighters from the UFC and other organizations.


Look at khamzats mma career. He had like 12 fights before he fought a solid ufc veteran in meerschart.

Same for adesanya he had 12 fights before he fought solid veteran vittori in ufc. He also had like 80 kickboxing fights.
