Timing belt and tune-up are two separate things, if it's the recommended time for the timing belt, get it done. Have them do an oil change, do not flush and change the transmission fluid this can be problematic for older cars, if it shifts fine leave it be.
Oil change, filters, plugs ( if needed ) and timing belt. In all prob a 2k job.
