I think we are talking past one another. Ultimately the consequences of these drugs won’t being in side effects like nausea and oily anal discharges or anything they would say at the end of a TV commercial. The side effects will be something like what we will see after giving a generation of kids adderall.

There is a portion of the fit population that likes to see others be fat and unhealthy because it elevates their feelings of self-worth.
They see the drug as cheating.
