So on election night, when a single voting precinct is taken over by 'islanic radicals' ( ), Biden can come out and say, "there will be no election until all Americans can vote. I've been consistent on this, both for Ukraine AND for the voters in the US. ALL of the US!"

This will give them the pause they need to figure out how many votes they need.
